We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, in the unlikely event that you wish to return your order to us please ensure that it is returned within 7 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange or refund. Refunds will only be made providing the item is returned in a resalable condition, clean, (unworn if clothing) and with all original tags and packaging intact. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Should you wish to return or exchange an item please email email@example.com and state a reason as to why you are returning or exchanging the item(s). Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage when returning items.
